Welcome to the Falcon Area!

The Falcon area is more than just the Market Place! It encompasses urban residential areas like Meridian Ranch, rural residential areas like Elkhorn Estates and the Judge Orr Ranchettes, commercial and retail activities, farm land, and much more. That diversity is what gives the area its identity as a place where rural and urban lifestyles come together harmoniously. At the same time, Falcon is bordered by Colorado Springs to the west, Black Forest to the north, military installations to the south, and large acre properties and small towns to the east. This map defines the area Friends of Falcon considers "home", and the area we watch for proposed growth and infrastructure.
